We are planning to support this very worthy charity They know that a good childhood is the foundation for a healthy society and that whilst parents have the primary responsibility to provide their children with a good childhood, they cannot do this alone. All children have the same rights and fundamental need for safety, stability, love and support. The trauma experienced by the children and young people with whom we work adds complexity to meeting their needs, but we know it can be done and we never give up.
The Tulla Mens Shed evolved from the interest shown by chair of Tullamarine House , Cheryl Hillebrand. A public meeting was held and Grant Knox was elected chairperson
They meet each Monday at 11.30am for a12.00 noon lunch and chat. Wednesday , at no 3 trade Park Drive Tullamarine to use tools and equipment
Breathometer Project: Funding from the TAC to install breath testing machines around the local community to help raise the awareness of the dangers of drink driving.
Our club proudly organised and ran the 12 Hour Sunday Superswim held at the East Keilor Leisure Centre on the 9th of October . 6 teams swam continuously for the 12 hours . There was a warm spirit of competition and a desire to raise monies for a good cause T.L.C.
